A Financial Services client was restructuring their business and was looking to reduce costs, while still maintaining High Availability (HA) and Business Continuity (BC).
The existing infrastructure utilised a server at each office and multiple servers hosted with an Infrastructure As A Service (IAAS) cloud provider.
Excite IT re-engineered their environment to remove the requirement for three expensive IAAS servers, implemented a DR site and Hosted Exchange to provide an environment that provides High Availability and Business Continuity, while reducing monthly costs by more than $2,000.
The Proactive Service Agreement provides a set fee that provides support and Maintenance for the IT systems to ensure that the business isn’t impacted by IT outages.
